Versailles KY Real Estate Transfers week ending 1-24-2008The Versailles Kentucky newspaper, The Woodford Sun, published the Versailles KY real estate transfers for week ending 1-24-2008.

Based off the transfers, it appears that some of the luxury Lexington KY real estate market is starting to break free.  One well above half a million dollars sold this week, and several others in the low to mid hundred thousand range transferred.  This is a good sign that some of the real estate problems that has been rumoring in the area slowing things down a little are starting to break free.
