The Woodford Sun published the most recent Versailles Kentucky homes transfers for week ending 1-31-2008.  The homes for sale that transferred were for the most part in the $100-200,000 range.  Activity and average price is a little lower than you would expect (and hope), but the spring housing market is closing rapidly.
