Lexington Kentucky Real Estate

Nicholasville Kentucky is located just southwest of Lexington and is the county seat for Jessamine County. Its population is 22,878 from the 2004 census (according to Wikipedia). Most persons consider Nicholasville to essentially be a bedroom community for Lexington.

But, it has its own unique personality. Many large estates and farms are in this area. However, a lot of those horse farms are starting to feel pressure from real estate development as Lexington grows. Hopefully, through careful planning, the beauty of the area will be preserved.
