All in all, it was a good amount of activity in the Versailles KY real estate transfers department.  Values seem to be creeping up somewhat, and is starting to hit the segment of the market that has been a little stale for a while which is the $250-450,000 price range.  Its good to see this part of the market to start coming on just in time for the spring housing market.
