As you can see upon review, it appears that most of the home sales were transfers to/from various family members and their entities (most likely for tax purposes).  So, all in all, a relatively slow/quiet month, which is typical right after the holidays.

Its likely you will see the Lexington KY real estate metropolitan area markets to start picking up quite a bit as things get closer to Spring.  Overall, the luxury Lexington KY real estate market has some real opportunities that have been sitting for some time, and its probable that some deals are able to be made on some of those properties as home owners become anxious to sell their home.
