Again, all in all a fairly quiet week this week for the Versailles KY real estate market. Most of the homes transferred were of personal to business/trust nature, and not to independent third party home buyers. The local market should start picking up some, and its likely to see things really start hopping as we get closer to the Spring housing market rush.
